The foundation of success for any team is to operate in a trusting and supportive environment. Today, trust is eroding and team members are finding less and less support from one another and their leaders. Team members rank lack of trust as a top reason for inefficiency and lack of engagement and satisfaction.
Compared with people at low-trust companies, people at high-trust companies report: 74% less stress, 106% more energy at work, 50% higher productivity, 13% fewer sick days, 76% more engagement, 29% more satisfaction with their lives, 40% less burnout.

If you desire a team that operates from high trust, assumes the best in each other and performs at the highest capacity possible, the Trustology course for teams will get you there.
The Trustology Team course is designed to be led by an internal facilitator. Whether it is a team leader or manager or a human resource or learning professional that leads the course, our objective is to provide all of the tools and resources necessary to lead an effective and culture transforming team development initiative.
Whether you are a seasoned facilitator or this is the first time you have ever led a group through something like this, we will be there with you every step of the way to help ensure a successful training program.
Your team will develop a set of operating norms, identify strengths, weaknesses and barriers to high trust and a clear plan of action for being a high trust team. Covering important topics like conflict, communication and culture help to drive the cultural transformation.
The format for this course is 7 modules each 60-90 minutes led by an internal facilitator. The course includes videos from Richard Fagerlin, participant workbook, a step by step facilitator guide and suggested resources for additional learning and growth.
